On Thursday, Ben asked us to take him to the fair. He wanted to ride on a Ferris Wheel. Where he heard about the fair, we are still unsure. But we decided that it would be really fun. So, we woke up on Saturday morning to Ben not feeling well because he had two spider bites (maybe it was the flu, we don't know). He was so excited to go that he said that he felt better. So, off we went! After being there in the hot sun for only five minutes or so, Ben was ready to throw up. How sad! We found the Ferris Wheel first because he wanted to ride it so bad...he even drew a picture of it and put it on the fridge! So, up we go and he couldn't even enjoy it because he was so sick. Ben and I ended up going to sit in the car for an hour or so until he felt better. We went back out and he was sick again. After a quick "shark show", we left. We were only able to take a few pictures because we were so busy trying to get Ben better.
Later that afternoon and after him resting a bit, we met Rob and family and went to the movie "Up". I did NOT want to see it. I went anyway and it was one of the most heart touching animated movies I have ever seen. Even Steve (who never shows emotion) was emotional over it. Very, very good movie!

Poor Ben. Look how cool Olivia looks in that picture--wow. Can Lauren still snort like a pig? She was a pro, maybe she still is.
